Report a problem with a checklist

What to include

• The page address and section heading.
• What appears incorrect, outdated or unclear.
• The current official source, when one is available.
• No passwords, account numbers, recovery codes, private messages, addresses or medical information.

How corrections are handled

The editorial desk checks the report against a primary source. Broken links and presentation defects are corrected directly. A change to a family action or safety claim receives a new review date and update reason.
